CutList Workspace provides sheet and lumber layout optimization calculations and cutting maps on an "AS-IS" basis for general planning and layout reference only.

While our algorithms are designed to provide highly efficient layouts, we do not warrant or guarantee that the calculations, dimensions, edge banding estimates, or cutting maps are entirely error-free, accurate, or complete.

You are solely responsible for:

Physically measuring all materials and verifying all cutting dimensions before performing any physical cuts.
Accounting for your specific tool parameters, including blade kerf width, material grain tolerances, and safety margins.
Any financial, material, or labor costs incurred due to incorrect layout maps or measurements.

By using this tool, you agree that CutList Workspace and its operators shall not be held liable for any ruined lumber, materials, wasted labor, tools, or physical injuries resulting from layout optimization results.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or commercial workshop, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Use License & Local Operation

CutList Workspace operates primarily as a client-side utility tool. The panel sheets, materials, and parts you input are processed locally in your browser to generate cutting layouts. Unless you explicitly choose to authenticate or save files online, your project data is kept in your browser's local memory.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, and limited license to access and use the website and calculations for personal or commercial woodworking and fabrication planning.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All source code, databases, website designs, audio, video, text, algorithms, mathematical optimization routines, and graphics on the site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by CutList Workspace, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, no part of the site, Content, or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
